摘要:接纳白灵菇(Pleurotus nebrodensis)1号菌株进行工场化袋栽试验。效果注解:配方4为白灵菇工场化种植最适培育种植提拔料配方;适合提高白灵菇种植袋装料量,可提高其相对产量;白灵菇子实体的成长发育首要靠培育种植提拔基自身的含水量, 必然的含水量是确保其高产优质的先决前提;小米粒菌种具有菌丝萌发速度快、菌丝健旺、接种轻易的特点,可缩短成长周期,撙节成本;后熟时刻对白灵菇菌丝的成长以及菇蕾分化时刻、产量和质量都具有主要影响。关键词:白灵菇;工场化;液体菌种;后熟
Study on the Best Formula and Commercial Production Technology of Pleurotus nebrodensis

Abstract: The strain No.1 of Pleurotus nebrodensis was used in the commercial production .The fourth formula was the best and the effects of different treatments on the yield and quality of Pleurotus nebrodensis in bag cultivation mode were valuated too. The experimental results showed that the relative yield of Pleurotus nebrodensis could be improved by raising cultivating material in plastic bags appropriately. Growth and development of Pleurotus nebrodensis fruiting bodies mostly depended on water content of culture medium. Certain water content of culture medium was the prior condition of high quality. Millet grains spawn had the advantage of faster germination speed, stronger mycelia, more convenient in inoculating ,and could save cost. After mature periods had more differences in growth of mycelium, time of fruit body differentiation, yield and quality.

白灵菇学名白灵侧耳[Pleurotus nebrodensis(Inzengae) Quèl],别号刺芹侧耳白色变种、白阿魏蘑、白灵芝菇和玉雪阿魏蘑等,担子菌门,层菌纲,伞菌目,侧耳科,侧耳属[1]。白灵菇子实体单生、群生或近丛生,菌肉白色细嫩、不变色、厚,开伞慢,机关周详结子,货架期长,质地脆嫩,风味奇特,在市场上享有“蚝菇王”、“素鲍鱼”之称[2]。
此刻,中国白灵菇种植以传统种植为主,其受自然前提和时令的影响很大, 产物不能周年出产,平衡供给, 产量不不变, 质量参差不齐, 是以,白灵菇工场化种植势在必行[3-4],白灵菇工场化种植接纳产业化的手艺手法,在相对可控的情况(温、光、气、湿)行动设施前提下,机关高遵守的机械化、自动化功课,实现规模化、集约化、智能化、尺度化、周年化出产[5-9]。笔者选用山西鼎昌农业科技有限公司引进的白灵1号菌株进行工场化袋栽出产,对照分歧出产工艺对白灵菇产量和质量的影响。
1材料和方式
1. 1供试材料
供试白灵菇1号菌株系山西鼎昌农业科技有限公司从台湾、福建、北京、山东和山西等区域收集、引进的白灵菇菌种成本中选育所得。
1. 2 出产工艺试验
1. 2. 1 白灵菇工场化种植培育种植提拔料的筛选本试验分为试管试验和工场化出菇治理两个阶段。在试管试验中,接纳25 mm×200 mm的试管,凭据各配方中各组成成分比例配料,每个试管装干料20 g,含水量64%。高压蒸汽灭菌,无菌垄断下接种,放入恒温培育种植提拔箱内25 ℃暗培育种植提拔,视察菌丝色泽并纪录菌丝成长速度和成长势。每个处置责罚频频5次。工场化出菇治理,纪录每袋产量和种植周期,每个处置责罚频频10次。配方1:棉籽壳40%,木屑40%,麸皮13%,玉米粉5%,过磷酸钙1%,石膏1%;配方2:木屑40%,玉米芯40%,麸皮13%,玉米粉5%,过磷酸钙1%,石膏1%;配方3:棉籽壳40%,玉米芯40%,麸皮13%,玉米粉5%,过磷酸钙1%,石膏1%;配方4:棉籽壳40%,木屑20%,玉米芯20%,麸皮13%,玉米粉5%,过磷酸钙1%,石膏1%;配方5:棉籽壳20%,木屑40%,玉米芯20%,麸皮13%,玉米粉5%,过磷酸钙1%,石膏1%;配方6:棉籽壳20%,木屑20%,玉米芯40%,麸皮13%,玉米粉5%,过磷酸钙1%,石膏1%。
1.2.2 种植袋装料量试验 建造种植袋时,每袋离别装干料350,400,450,500 g,测定产量和生物学转化率。每个处置责罚32袋,频频3次。
1.2.3种植袋含水量试验建造种植袋时,每个处置责罚含水量离别为63%,65%,67%,测定出菇数目、产量和生物学转化率。每个处置责罚32袋,频频3次。
