【摘要】目的 视察2型糖尿病患者踝上1～3cm局部胫周长随病程但愿慢慢变短现象，证实2型糖尿病患者病程中客不雅观存在“踝上瓶颈征”。研究存在机制和临床评价。方式 按照病程分歧，将临床上2型糖尿病人随机分成5～10年组、10年以上组，每组各50人，设立正常较量组50人，统计学处置责罚各组之间胫周长有差异。效果 经SPSS处置责罚，显示正常较量组，5～10年组，10年以上组之间均存在较着性差异。其中正常组和10年以上组之间差异加倍较着。结论 “踝上瓶颈征”是2型糖尿病病程中泛起的双踝上1～3cm局部胫周光鲜明显缩小的特有体征，跟着病程但愿，“踝上瓶颈征”加倍凸显。

【Abstract】Objective Observed the perimeter on 1-3cm the ankle of the type 2 diabetes patients，which gradually become short along with progression，affirmed there is “Bottleneck levy on the ankle” along with the type 2 diabetes progression。Discussing its mechanism and clinical evaluation。 Methods：Along with progression, these the type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups,such as the 5 ～ 10 years group，the above 10 years group,each group contains 50 people. Established the normal group containing 50 people. Ater Statisticsed their perimeter on the ankle,we understand that there are differences among 3 groups.Results: after dealed with those information with SPSS，showIjing there are remarkable differences among the normal group，the 5 ～ 10 years group，the above 10 years group, among them，there are more remarkable differences。Conclusion “Bottleneck levy on the ankle”is a special signs of the type 2 diabetes，which the perimeter on 1-3cm the ankle gradually become short patients along with the progression。“Bottleneck levy on the ankle”is more and more prominent along with the progression。
1 日常资料
2型糖尿病病例资料100例，均来自于雷山县县人民病院内科病房。岁数35—70岁。男女患者随机抽样。按照病程分歧，将2型糖尿病人随机分成5～10年组、10年以上组，每组各50人，设立正常较量组50人。
测量双侧踝上1～3cm局部胫周长，取其平均值（cm）。
2 效果
正常较量组为20—22.7cm之间;2型糖尿病人5～10年组19—20cm之间；10年以上组17—18.9cm之间。
经SPSS处置责罚，显示正常较量组，5～10年组，10年以上组之间均存在较着性差异（P＜0.05），其中正常组和10年以上组之间差异加倍较着（P＜0.05）。
